Posture monitoring uses compatible sensors to help you notice how you sit over time. It supports better habits; it does not correct posture or treat any condition.

Receive alerts for prolonged sitting and suggested movement breaks. Reminder frequency is adjustable in the companion app where supported.

Suggestions are based on your preferences and supported sensor data. They are guidance for adjusting your chair, not a fitting or medical assessment.

Posture monitoring requires a compatible sensor kit. Sensors are sold separately on select models and are not included with every chair.

Sitting patterns and reminder history appear in the compatible mobile app, which connects to supported devices. Availability varies by chair model and app version.
